What this app is

A family money-teaching tool. Parents record chores, pay, allowance, savings, goals and purchases for their kids.

It is not a bank. No real money moves through the app. Balances are records of what a parent has promised; parents settle real money themselves, outside the app.

"Interest" is paid by the parent, from the parent's own promise to the kid. "Investing" is a simulation that uses real market prices; no securities are bought or sold. Nothing in the app is financial, investment or tax advice.

Your account

You must be an adult (18+) and the parent or legal guardian of any child you add. You're responsible for your account, your password, and the devices you link.

Kids use the app through profiles you create and control. They don't have their own accounts.

Plans and billing

New families get 30 days of Plus free, with no card. After that the family is on Free unless you subscribe.

Plus costs $6.99 per month or $69 per year (plus any sales tax). It renews automatically until you cancel.

Cancel any time from Family → Your plan → Change or cancel. Plus continues until the end of the period you paid for; we don't give partial refunds except where the law requires.

If we change the price, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you. Yearly plans get a reminder before they renew.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

If Plus ends, nothing is deleted. Plus features pause; interest already in progress finishes; investments stay but nothing new is bought.

Acceptable use

Use the app for your own family. Don't try to access another family's information, break the app's security, or use it to harm anyone.

Atlas (the AI money tutor)

Atlas is off until a parent turns it on for a kid. It explains money ideas and uses the kid's own numbers. It can be wrong. It never moves money and never gives buy/sell advice. Parents can read every conversation.

Neighbor market

The market is a bulletin board for families who invited each other into a circle. We are not the seller, the buyer, or a payment service. Sales are between the two families; money changes hands in person, outside the app.

The selling kid's parent approves every listing and is responsible for it: that it's made or done by their kid, honestly described, safe, and legal where they live, including any home-food (cottage food) and children's-product rules. Banned: live animals, medicine, anything for skin, blades or weapons, and resold items.

Kids never message anyone; only parents write notes about an order. [Lawyer: marketplace liability, product safety, sales tax, and whether any state treats this as a marketplace facilitator.]

Ending

You can stop using the app and ask us to delete your family's data at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Limits

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
