The job board
Extra paid work teens can pick up, from you or grandparents.
What it is
A board of one-off jobs. You (or a grandparent) post a job with pay; a teen claims it, does it and gets paid. Grandparents' posts wait for your OK first.
Why it helps your kid
Teens practice finding work, not just being handed chores. Finished jobs build their résumé page.
Where to find it
Tasks tab → the job board. Home → jobs waiting for your OK.
How to do it
- Post a job with a title and pay.
- When a teen claims your job, it becomes a one-time task. Approve it like any job.
- A grandparent's job: approve the post first. When it's done, the grandparent confirms and pays it as a gift.
What your kid sees
Teens see open jobs on their Tasks tab and in Me → Job board.

The board is for teens (14–17). Younger kids get paid jobs from your task list.
